Long overdue, but here was the living room when we moved in…

Please note that the photo is from the MLS website when our house was listed.  Those very lovely home furnishings were not ours.

And here is our progress:

Here is what we have done so far:

• Refinished the floors
• Installed 1/4 round
• Built the pass-through
• Upgraded the media system
• New light fixture
• Painted the walls with ‘Aztec Gold’  Home Depot
• Made the throw pillows from old curtains

Here is what we still want to do:

• Trim out that stair window
• Fix the transom window
• Strip and refinish the front door
• Possible crown molding
• Get something up on the walls
